Duties
When ordering from outside the UK, your purchase may be liable to important duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. It is your responsibility to provide the payment to release your order.
Returns
Returns can be made within 7-14 days of purchase as long as items are in original, saleable condition (unused, unwashed with all original tags and packaging). Contact archivealexmullins@gmail.com for instructions of return, items can be returned for either a refund or exchange so please inform us of which you would like when contacting us. The cost of returns are your responsibility unless the wrong item was provided, in which case this will need to be assessed upon us receiving the item. Retain any proof of postage to provide to us in case of postage error. Sale items are not eligible for refund or return. Damage to item deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be refunded or replaced.
